In the state of pre-hardening (HRC: 28~36), high-grade mirror die steel P20, P4410 (718) possess good cutting performance, so as to the moulds being made with this steel feature with high accuracy, non-deformation, high-strength and high-toughness, and it is suitable to make large-scale complex mould. The material of steel is characteristic with high cleanliness, uniform structure hardness and good glazing performance. Especially, plastic die steel P4410 researched and developed by our corporation can be compared to the steel 718 made in Sweden. Hot work die steel H13 is featuring with good toughness, excellent shock resistance and high-temperature hardness, so it is the desirable material under the hot-work condition. Its typical purposes include press casting mould, forging mould, punch, fuse, hot squeezing tools, hot bill and all hot-work moulds operated under the condition of impact.
